Horticultural Support Worker/Garden Team (Fixed Term 12 months)

Support Worker post. Salary & Remuneration: £18,200 per annum

Working Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

The Prospects Trust at Snakehall Farm is looking for a full time support worker to join our team to assist our Garden Team Manager in growing and developing our social enterprise, whilst supporting our Co-workers (individuals with disabilities) in an informative, fun and engaging way to maintain our customer’s gardens to a very high standard. The Garden Team undertakes all manner of gardening services from small scale garden maintenance services to re-design and landscaping projects. The post holder will also work on large scale collaborative projects and on occasion at Snakehall Farm.

Bank Support Staff

We are looking for bank support staff to cover occasional shifts at Snakehall Farm. Full induction and ongoing support will be provided.
