Co-worker Outreach during Lockdowns
During the national lockdown we found lots ways to keep connected with our Co-workers. While we were still very busy on Snakehall Farm and at Prospects Trust Unwrapped but we weren’t able to offer supported day placements, training or work experience during the Covid-19 national lockdown. We continually reviewed the situation and re-opened the farm gates and shop doors to our Co-workers as soon as the risk level and infection rates lowered.
Co-worker Calls
Our Co-workers, their carers and/or families received a welfare call on the day(s) of your placement at The Prospects Trust. We scheduled times and days with many of our Co-workers and we had a dedicated team on the ring around. This created time to chat, to tell us what you were doing, find out what we were doing at The Prospects Trust and talk about the activities we sent to you.
Prospects Parcels
Take a look at our page dedicated to our Prospects Parcels. We delivered to our shielding Co-workers during lockdown, every 3 weeks. The Parcels were delivered to your doorstep, by our staff team in full PPE and they created a doorstep distanced wave & chat opportunity too. We kept our Tilly Tractor 2 m distance but the team loved to see you from the window or doorstep. For any shielding care home or Co-worker family that did not want a delivery we asked you to inform us during our Co-worker Calls or by emailing us direct at enquiries@prospectstrust.org.uk.
Prospects TV
We recorded daily films on the farm, to watch daily to keep in the loop or to binge watch with your family. We hoped you enjoyed seeing our team’s working hard and having fun at The Prospects Trust. Just click on the films below or go straight to our YouTube Channel.
Other Outreach
Our talented team thought up lots of other ways to keep you entertained during lockdown. From a Farm Quiz to a Farm Fit workout, our Co-worker Activity sheets advertised all the latest ways to reach out to Prospects Trust during lockdown #ConnectingCo-workers #ProspectsParcels
