We are looking to recruit positive and engaging individuals to support our Co-workers (adults with additional needs) to achieve their goals and learn new life skills on our organic farm.
Predominantly working as a personal support worker, you will need patience and a pro-active approach to dealing with challenging behaviours. A passion for supporting people to achieve their fullest potential is essential and it will be extremely rewarding for the right candidate.
We are looking for a 3 day a week post (Mon, Weds & Fri) and a 1 day a week post (Fri) Hours are 9am till 4pm and the probationary rate of pay is £9.20 per hour, rising to £10.20 after 6 months.

Bank Support Staff (Paid Role)
We are looking for bank support staff to cover occasional shifts at Snakehall Farm. Full induction and ongoing support will be provided.
