Co-Worker Manager Hannah and Co-worker Rep Kevin welcome all parents and carers to our Coffee and Chat Session at Snakehall Farm on Wednesday 25th March at 10am.  We use these sessions to update carers on exciting plans, events and ideas as well as listening to parents and carers about their suggestions in making our supported placement great for all.
