What a treat to trick so many on our dark and spooky farm site this Halloween. We transformed our organic acreage into a Zombie filled farm and welcomed unsuspecting families, co-workers and general public through our gates for a bone chilling night of scares (and giggles). With the help of the Templars 1st Baldock Cubs and lots of volunteers this annual spook-tacular raised well over £1000 for The Prospects Trust and was a total scream. See you at the next one in 2020 if you dare?
A farm-changing £6,000 has been donated to The Prospects Trust resulting from a solidarity partnership with Emmaus Cambridge. Earlier in the year, Emmaus Cambridgeshire’s Companions selected us as their Solidarity Partner for 2018. The Trust have been hosting monthly volunteering days from Emmaus Companions, providing some much needed helping hands on our busy farm and giving them some interactive work experience. Emmaus held a solidarity sale on Saturday 29th September at it’s second-hand shop in Landbeach. The shop, which is stocked with pre-loved items from generous members of the public, welcomed a large number of customers, who purchased furniture, clothing, household goods and much more, with all takings from the day going to The Prospect Trust.
